What is EFT? EFT is a powerful technique that uses acupressure points and the energy pathways, also known as meridians, in the body to clear negative blocks caused by emotional distress. It can interfere with success in life, health, career, relationships and personal happiness.

How does EFT work? I show you how to tap on the energy points (meridians) with your fingertips so that the stuck energy pathways are cleared and energy moves freely. It’s easy, fast and fun to learn! The results occur immediately and last. It works for anything bothering you including stress, anxiety, food fears, weight, food cravings, self-confidence, self-esteem, performing in public.
